Your paperwork is your first contact with the judges.  Before meeting them in person during interview, your paperwork lays the foundation for their first impression. Your paperwork helps the judges develop questions to ask in interview, but more importantly, gives you the opportunity to share your accomplishments, community service, goals, passion for and involvement with your platform, and level of preparedness. Your paperwork can truly help you shine, but this process takes time and attentiveness to detail to ensure the best results.

Paperwork services include crafting your resume/bio/fact sheet or platform essay to make the best possible first impression. We will work together in person, by phone, email or video conference, to review all requirements and determine what to include, and where it will go to best highlight your accomplishments, activities, service and personality.

Interview

Even if interview is not the highest percentage of your total score, it still is the most important phase of competition as the impression you give in interview will carry you through the stage portions of the pageant. Whether your system uses a panel or round robin style for interview, you will learn the skills and strategies to feel confident in delivering articulate and intelligent answers full of strong content.

Interview prep services include development of practice questions based on review of paperwork, current events and issues, structuring potential answers, mock interviews, critique and feedback.

Wardrobe Consultation/Selection

Wardrobe is an integral part of your pageant image. It can be a key tool in representing yourself as a potential titleholder and showcasing your personal sense of style.

Wardrobe services include teaching you what you need to know to choose the right wardrobe for all phases of competition and the appropriate look for your pageant as well as helping you find the perfect pieces to highlight your best assets and showcase your personality.

Personal Development

Whether your pageant goals include developing public speaking skills, accomplishing a fitness goal, bringing awareness to a cause, or learning how to dress for success, your “why” should be at the center of every decision. My goal is for you to come out knowing and representing yourself better while developing the skills you need to be successful in pageantry and beyond.

Personal Development services include goal setting, tailored relationship- based mentoring, self image refinement, developing your personal brand, platform development and confidence building.

Modeling

The onstage phases of competition are your chance to show your confidence, poise and stage presence. With the right skills and modeling techniques you can shine on stage and connect with the judges.

Modeling services include general walking and posing techniques, instruction on posture, composure and confidence. If provided, we will work on modeling the walking patterns for each area of your particular competition.

Talent

Talent is your opportunity to wow the judges with not only your unique skills but to put forth a commanding and entertaining stage performance. Having a well developed talent piece that the judges connect with can give you that leading edge you need to take home the crown.

Talent services include advising on choice of talent and selection of talent piece. Suggestions on wardrobe, hair and make up, use of stage and choreography to enhance your talent performance will also be provided.

Sponsorship/Ad Sales Letters

Competing in a pageant doesn’t have to be expensive. Seeking sponsorships for in kind services or products, financial contributions and selling ads are all great ways to help offset your competition costs. Having a professional and persuasive letter to give to potential sponsors can help secure the financial support you need to compete without breaking the bank.

Letter development services include a customized letter featuring the benefits of sponsorship and personalized for your individual needs.

Ad design

Professionally designed ads can help you stand out amongst the competition. Ad sales can show your dedication to your pageant program, highlight your platform and your support from the business community and can help give you a competitive edge for the photogenic award.

Ad design services include crafting ads to showcase you as a contestant while promoting the sponsoring businesses. Ads will be created to include contestant photos, logos, slogans, contact information, etc. according to the requests of the contestant and purchaser. All ads will be designed in accordance with the size, color and format requirements of your pageant. Proofs will be provided for review by contestant and sponsor before submission.
