Lyndsay is the founder of Crowning Glory, LLC and has been a respected pageant coach, judge, choreographer and mentor for over a decade. She has established herself as an asset to anyone preparing for a pageant and has received many rave reviews from past clients. Her coaching is customized to fit all experience levels, goals and budgets and has a wealth of knowledge and experience to draw from. Lyndsay is passionate about guiding contestants through the development process and is committed to helping each client put her best self forward for the judges on pageant day. Lyndsay is versatile in her approach and tailors her instruction to the needs of each individual, leading them to develop confidence in their sense of self, their passion for their platform while remaining loyal to their true character and personality.
Lyndsay entered the pageant world as a contestant for Mrs. Alaska United States 2009 and placed 3rd Runner Up. She went on to win the title the following year and represented Alaska at the 2010 Mrs. United States pageant. In 2012, Lyndsay was awarded the title of Miss Alaska Spirit and placed 1st Runner Up at the national American Spirit pageant. Lyndsay has helped many pageant girls achieve their dreams, with clients being crowned at the local and state level within the Miss America, Miss America’s Outstanding Teen, Miss Elementary, Jr. High, High School, Collegiate, Miss USA, Ms. and Mrs. United States, Mrs. America, United America, and Miss Rodeo America systems. Under their mom’s coaching and support, Lyndsay’s own daughters have won multiple titles including Miss Alaska Elementary, Miss Alaska Jr. High, Miss Anchorage’s Outstanding Teen and Miss Alaska’s Outstanding Teen. Lyndsay is committed to giving back to her community, through her involvement with pageantry and otherwise. She has done choreography and production for the Alaska Miss Amazing Program, the Mrs. Alaska United States pageant and the Fur Rondy Royalty Coronation. She has judged several pageants and many mock interviews and has been a pageant volunteer in a handful of systems. She served on the Rondy Royalty Committee and the board of the Alaska Miss Amazing program for several years and has been involved with the program since its inception.
Outside of pageantry Lyndsay served for over 10 years on the award winning Chinook Elementary PTA Executive Board and serves regularly at her church. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education and Family Studies and has worked as a substitute teacher at her daughters’ elementary school. Lyndsay is a lifelong Alaskan and has been married to her husband, Lem, for 20 years. They enjoy traveling, camping, family movie nights, watching Dimond hockey and pageanting with their two daughters, Sycely and Ella.
